HIS Technical Service and Support
The QTT Technical Services Department is fully staffed with the most qualified Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) experts available. QTT offers full service solutions for its Highway Information Systems (HIS) product line including: pre-installation site surveys for HAR systems, FCC licensing services, equipment installation, testing, tuning and training.
Best known for turnkey installation projects, QTT is the leader in providing complete HAR systems for DOTs and other government agencies nationwide. QTT maintains its own service-related automobiles, new equipment and spare parts, even ground system installation equipment to ensure a timely and professional installation of your HAR system.
The Technical Services Department provides 24 / 7 / 365 emergency toll-free telephone and after-hour pager support services for all HAR customers. In addition to the toll free telephone support for the life of the equipment, QTT provides on-site service as well.
On-site repairs are quoted on a per project basis, or customers can choose a maintenance contract, which covers preventive maintenance, parts, labor, etc. QTT employs field technicians across the United States that can be dispatched in a timely manner.
